Siacina Tiles Return Policy

Returned tiles that are in a saleable condition will be refunded at the original cost of the tiles, minus a restocking fee. A 15% return fee will be charged.

All return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.

Samples, consumables and tools, clearance sales, special orders, and freight charges are final sales and are not returnable/refundable.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in brand new, unused condition. Please package the returned items carefully—tiles are very fragile. We will not issue credit for any returned items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way.

Materials sold by the box must be returned by the box. Partial boxes are not eligible for refunds.

The safest way to return materials is usually the same way we shipped them to you. If we shipped your order via freight, it's because it would break if shipped to the ground. On-site tiles must be returned via pallet freight. We strongly recommend that you insure your return for the total value of the contents. Obtain a shipping receipt with a tracking number from the carrier.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you through the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If you do not see the refund on your payment method, please consult your bank or credit card issuer as they may not immediately display the refund on your statement.
Return of Promotional Items
Please note that any returns of tiles purchased with a discount will be refunded after deducting the discount amount and the restocking fee.

Exchanges
Tile color variations may vary. Please request batch photos and/or purchase a sample before ordering to ensure you like the color, finish, design, etc. of the tile. If you are not satisfied with the variation of your tiles upon delivery and wish to exchange for a different batch, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Contact our support team at saicinatiles@gmail.com within 45 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.
Before shipping, take photos of the properly packaged and strapped pallet you are returning. Please keep these photos for your reference (in case the items are damaged and you need to file a claim with the freight company), and send them to saicinatiles@gmail.com along with your purchase order # and a note stating this is a photo return.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return authorization by email with detailed instructions and the return address.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be edited or canceled.
If you decide to cancel or edit your order, you should immediately notify us via email. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Please note, if you wish to cancel an order that has been processed but not yet packed, we will deduct a 5% cancellation fee from your refund. If the order has been packed and is ready for shipment, a restocking fee of 15% to 25% will be charged depending on the product type.
