SIACINA Tiles Shipping Information

We're working hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible! Our primary markets are the United States and the United Kingdom, but we can ship to other countries and regions too—just contact us at saicinatiles@gmail.com, and we’ll calculate the shipping cost based on your address and order weight.

Due to high order volume and the use of third-party logistics, delivery times may take a bit longer than usual. Orders typically ship within 5–7 days from the date of purchase. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before tracking information becomes available. We’ll notify you of the estimated delivery time when you place your order.

 ✈️ Air Freight

Best for small orders that need to arrive quickly.  
- USA: Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days  
- UK: Estimated delivery time: 8–12 days

Shipping Costs to the USA

- 0.1–12 kg: First 1 kg – $16.43 | Each additional 1 kg – $11.90  
- 12–100 kg: First 1 kg – $8.60 | Each additional 1 kg – $8.60  
- 100–1000 kg: First 1 kg – $7.44 | Each additional 1 kg – $7.44  

Shipping Costs to the UK  

- First 1 kg – $12.00 | Each additional 1 kg – $8.00

 🚛 Truck & Rail Freight

 
A more economical choice, usually available for EU countries, ASEAN countries, and neighboring inland regions of China.  
- Estimated delivery time: 25–35 days (may vary by location)

Rail Freight to the UK

- First 20 kg – $58.06 | Each additional 1 kg – $2.76

🚢 Sea Freight

The most affordable shipping method, but it takes the longest.  
- USA: 35–49 days  
- UK: 35–45 days

- First 20 kg – $45.00 | Each additional 1 kg – $1.92

Tracking Your Shipment

If your order includes multiple packages, they may arrive on different days. High shipping volume may result in packages from the same shipment being placed on separate delivery trucks.  

Please use your main tracking number to follow your order—it will show how many packages were shipped and the estimated delivery date for each.

Free Tile Samples

We offer free samples—each sample consists of a full mosaic tile sheet.  
- Individuals may request up to 3 free samples.  
- If you need more than 3, a fee will apply.  
- Need duplicates of the same tile or samples for multiple projects? Contact us for special support.  

If You Receive Damaged Items

Please contact us right away—we strongly recommend checking the goods before signing for delivery.  

Refer to our Damage Policy for step-by-step instructions to file a claim so we can arrange a replacement.  
Do not return damaged items directly. Claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery. If your order is delivered to a job site, it is your responsibility to inspect it within this timeframe.

Damage During Installation

SIACINA Tiles is not responsible for any damage caused during installation or due to improper handling by customers or installers.

If tiles were damaged during shipping, customers must report it before installation to be eligible for a claim. Once damaged tiles are installed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.  
Using the tiles indicates acceptance of the product. Please review our Damage Policy for full details.

Freight Delivery Orders

All freight deliveries are curbside only.  
If your order ships via pallet, the freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.  

⚠️ Important:  
- Failure to schedule within 24 hours may result in storage or redelivery fees.  
- Missed delivery appointments will also incur additional charges, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays & Cancellations 

If your order is delayed, we’ll ship it as soon as possible.  
Refusing early shipments may result in storage or return shipping fees.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If the order has been processed but not yet packed, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy after delivery for full return instructions.

📦 Color Variations 

Tile colors may vary between batches. Please request batch photos or samples before ordering to ensure you’re happy with the color, finish, and design.

If you're unhappy with the color variation upon delivery and wish to exchange the tiles:  
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.  
- Contact our support team at siacinatiles@gmail.com within 45 days of delivery for exchange eligibility.
