Siacina Tiles Shipping Details
We are working diligently to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
Due to a large volume of orders and third-party logistics, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Orders typically ship within 5-7 days from the order date! Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before tracking information is available. We will assess and inform you of the estimated delivery time when you place your order.

Shipping Methods Explained:
Air Freight:
For small quantities that need to be received quickly, choosing air freight is the faster option, typically taking about a week to arrive. However, air freight costs are relatively high.
Truck and Rail:
Truck and rail transport are more cost-effective options, usually taking about 2-3 weeks. Some regions may require more time. This method is not available in all areas but is generally available in the EU, ASEAN countries, and countries surrounding inland China.
Sea Freight:
Sea freight is the least expensive shipping method, but it also has the longest delivery time, typically 4-8 weeks, with some regions possibly taking longer.
We offer competitive shipping rates for all orders and strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible! Our samples are free, you only need to pay for the courier cost.
Tracking Your Shipment:
If your order includes multiple parcels, you may receive your shipment on different days. Due to the large volume of shipments, parcels from the same shipment may not always be loaded onto the same delivery truck.
Please use the main tracking number to track your order, as it will display the number of parcels shipped and the expected delivery dates for each one.
Samples:
Our samples are free, each consisting of a complete mosaic tile. An individual can receive up to 3 free samples. If more than 3 samples are required, a fee will apply. If you need more than 2 samples of the same tile, please contact us. If you are a designer, builder, or other trade professional needing samples for multiple projects, please contact our dedicated customer service.
If Items Arrive Damaged, Please:
Contact us promptly. We strongly recommend that you inspect the goods before signing off with the courier.
Please visit our Damages Policy for easy instructions on how to file a claim so we can handle your tile replacement. Do not submit a return. If there are damages, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery; otherwise, we cannot accept your claim. If your order is delivered to a worksite, you are responsible for ensuring the shipment is inspected within this timeframe.
Damages During Installation:
If the tile is damaged during installation or incorrectly installed by the customer or the installer, Siacina Tiles is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind.
If the tile arrived damaged during shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Siacina Tiles before installation and file a claim. If damaged tiles were used during installation, Siacina Tiles is not responsible for any returns, exchanges, or refunds, as a damage claim should have been filed before installation. Installation of material constitutes acceptance. See our Damages Policy.
Freight Orders:
All deliveries are curbside ONLY.
If your order is shipped on a pallet, you should expect a call from a freight company to schedule a delivery appointment for both residential and jobsite deliveries. Failure to schedule an appointment within 24 hours may result in additional fees (storage, re-delivery, etc.)
If you miss your scheduled delivery appointment, the freight company will assess an additional fee that you will be responsible for.
Delayed Delivery:
If your order is delayed, please expect the materials to be shipped as early as possible. Refusing an early shipment could result in storage and/or return delivery fees.
Returns:
After delivery is completed, please see our Returns Policy for shipping information.
Exchanges:
Tile color variation may vary. Please request lot photos and/or purchase a sample to ensure you like the color, finish, design, etc., of the tile before ordering. If you are not satisfied with the variation of your tiles when your order arrives and want to exchange for a different lot, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Contact our support team at Siacinatiles@gmail.com within 45 days from delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
Cancellations:
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be edited or canceled.
If you decide to cancel or edit your order, you should immediately notify us via email.
Please note, if you wish to cancel an order that has been processed but not yet packed, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. If the order
