Shipping Process & Timeline
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Processing (3–5 Business Days):
We prepare and reinforce your packaging according to the order requirements. This stage is usually completed within 3–5 days and never exceeds one week. -
International Transit (First Leg):
Your order is sent to our freight forwarder and matched with the earliest available flight or vessel. Once confirmed, a tracking number is generated.
Note: The local tracking number (FedEx/UPS/USPS) will be uploaded to your order, but it may not show updates until the package clears customs in your country. -
Final Delivery (Last Mile):
After customs clearance, the package is handed over to local couriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) for final delivery. At this stage, the tracking info will become active on the carrier's official website. -
No Hidden Fees:
We operate on a Door-to-Door model. Our shipping rates include all customs duties and taxes (DDP), so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.
