After the tiles are installed and the adhesive has dried, the paper is sprayed with water to loosen it, allowing it to be peeled off. Adjustments can then be made to the grout lines, and the lines can be cleaned before applying the grout.

3. Dot Adhesive

This method involves the use of machines with robotic arms to apply adhesive dots at specific points on the edges of the mosaic tiles. Once the adhesive solidifies, it creates a cohesive tile sheet. This method ensures better contact with the bottom of the mosaic tiles, reduces deformation, and improves precision during installation. Each method has its advantages depending on the specific needs of the project.

Glitter-Infused Glass Mosaic Tiles for Luxurious Designs

Glass is fused with glitter powder coating in a high-temperature kiln, embedding the glitter firmly into the glass surface while creating unique textures and a radiant shine. During the glass melting process, glitter powder is sprayed onto the surface, naturally flowing to form intricate patterns. Under light, the glitter powder reflects richly, making it especially suitable for decorative use in illuminated environments. This process mimics the natural formation of gemstones and marble, allowing the effect to be applied to glass surfaces in various colors.
