Responsive Paragraph
The Golden Sands series includes 103 colors, each tile measuring 20mm x 20mm with a thickness of 4mm. This series is defined by subtle golden streaks across the surface of the glass in various shades. It comes in two categories: base models (G) with classic designs, and upgraded models (GA, GG, WG, CG), which feature finer textures and richer, more vibrant colors.
Image and Text Alignment
Mosaic Tiles

There are three methods for connecting mosaic tiles

1. Mesh Backing

The most common method is attaching a mesh backing to the bottom of the mosaic tiles using milky white glue. This approach is popular due to its ease of installation. It allows for straightforward vertical alignment of grout lines and easy replacement of individual tiles. Once the tiles are placed, excess adhesive can be cleaned from the grout lines immediately, and grouting can be done after the adhesive dries.

2. Paper Facing

In this method, a layer of paper is glued to the surface of the mosaic tiles. The paper is slightly smaller than the tile sheet, leaving about one-third of the mosaic tile edges exposed for easier grout alignment during installation. After the tiles are installed and the adhesive has dried, the paper is sprayed with water to loosen it, allowing it to be peeled off. Adjustments can then be made to the grout lines, and the lines can be cleaned before applying the grout.

3. Dot Adhesive

This method involves the use of machines with robotic arms to apply adhesive dots at specific points on the edges of the mosaic tiles. Once the adhesive solidifies, it creates a cohesive tile sheet. This method ensures better contact with the bottom of the mosaic tiles, reduces deformation, and improves precision during installation. Each method has its advantages depending on the specific needs of the project.

Glitter-Infused Glass Mosaic Tiles for Luxurious Designs

Glass is fused with glitter powder coating in a high-temperature kiln, embedding the glitter firmly into the glass surface while creating unique textures and a radiant shine. During the glass melting process, glitter powder is sprayed onto the surface, naturally flowing to form intricate patterns. Under light, the glitter powder reflects richly, making it especially suitable for decorative use in illuminated environments. This process mimics the natural formation of gemstones and marble, allowing the effect to be applied to glass surfaces in various colors. When combined into mosaic tile designs with mixed colors, this technique produces a luxurious and sophisticated aesthetic.
