Hong Kong Yuen Long Sports Centre Mosaic Tiles for Outdoors Design

We crafted a series of pixelated mosaic tiles for outdoors to adorn the exterior of the Yuen Long Sports Centre in Hong Kong. These exterior mosaic wall tiles, primarily in shades of blue, were designed to create a distinctive and dynamic visual impact, reflecting the energy and spirit of the sports centre. The design incorporates various tile sizes to achieve a diverse artistic style.

Front Design

Basketball Player Mosaic

The entrance of the sports centre features the core of the design. Above the main entrance, a mosaic approximately 50 square meters in size depicts a basketball player in action. This artwork, made with 20x20mm glass mosaic tiles for outdoors, uses varying shades of blue to create depth and movement. The background features a gradient of beige and blue, enhancing the overall visual effect of these exterior mosaic wall tiles.

Middle and Side Designs

Diverse Sports Scenes Mosaic

In the middle section above the entrance and extending to the sides of the building, a large mosaic mural spans the area, featuring various sports scenes like volleyball, gymnastics, table tennis, and weightlifting. This mural uses 45x45mm ceramic exterior mosaic wall tiles in a predominantly blue and white color scheme with gray accents. This extensive outdoor mosaic design adds a dynamic touch to the sports centre, enhancing its exterior appeal.

Back Design

Sprinting Athletes Mosaic

At the back of the building, another mosaic mural showcases sprinting athletes. Each figure is depicted in a different running pose, using varied colors to express movement. The track also features a color gradient, adding depth to the design. This mural, like the others, uses 45x45mm ceramic mosaic tiles for outdoors in shades of blue, white, and gray, ensuring a consistent and cohesive design throughout the sports centre's exterior.
